The information collected in this application is recorded in a computerized member file kept by the Greek Community and used to send newsletters, invitations and any other communication regarding the activities of the association. Once you leave the club, this information is still used unless you request that you no longer have any contact with the community. You may access, correct, request deletion or exercise your right to restrict the processing of your data.

The membership file is subject to the very extensive regulations, which are provided in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which entered into force on 25 May 2018.
